Quiet Cutting: Employers reassigning more workers to cut jobs, report finds

According to a new Wall Street Journal report, layoffs are down but employers are still finding ways to cut jobs by reassigning employees as part of corporate restructuring. Financial research platform AlphaSense found reassignments more than tripled over the last year. Ray Smith, careers reporter with the Wall Street Journal, joined CBS News to discuss the trend.
