Coast Guard plane not cleared to use runway before fiery crash in Japan

A Japanese Coast Guard plane wasn’t cleared to use the runway when a Japan Airlines plane crashed into it, Japanese officials said. Meanwhile, rescue efforts are still ongoing following the deadly New Year’s Day earthquake. Elizabeth Palmer reports.
