WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A group of U.S. Senate Democrats including Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren urged President Joe Biden in a letter on Thursday to prepare to invoke the Constitution’s 14th Amendment to avoid a debt default if negotiations fail.
