A 12-year-old boy made the catch of the day about a mile off Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on Tuesday. He caught a great white shark during a fishing trip with his mom. It took about 45 minutes to reel in the estimated 700-pound shark, which is a protected species, and was immediately released back into the ocean.
